As a company looking to target people buying their first homes/getting into investing, Instagram is an essential tool. They are a relatively new company so I focused heavily on getting them started on branding/templates for social media.
Buyer’s Guides
These buyer’s guides are an ongoing project and are edited every time the company acquires a new house to sell. I designed these from scratch and they are built in a way the client can also edit it themselves if needed. These have proven to be very effective in enticing potential buyers to book viewings for the homes.
